Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within the next 1-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends or on national holidays.

We ship by the shipping method of your choice (selections available at check-out). You may also add "Adult Signature Confirmation" service to your package to ensure that when your package arrives, it'll be signed for by an adult. If you choose not to have "Adult Signature Confirmation" service added to your order, you understand that Hazard 4 is not responsible for any lost package once the tracking info indicates the package has been delivered. **We do not refund shipping fees.**

Orders with “Fedex Home Delivery" selected are usually delivered up to 5 business days from shipment date. Orders with “Fedex Express Saver 3-Day” selected are usually delivered 3 business days from shipment date. For this service, Fedex does not deliver on the weekends or on most national holidays. All efforts are made to deliver your order in the time requested. Should there be any problems in receiving your order, let us know. We will be glad to check on it.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused due to weather, mechanical error, holiday-related delays, international customs regulations, or any other unforeseen factors. Hazard 4 is not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses or delayed packages. If a package gets returned back to us due to "undeliverable", we will re-ship or refund the full order minus shipping fees. **Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.**


Shipping Error
In the event that the customer receives items that they did not order, they must notify Hazard 4 within 7 days of delivery (by email or through our Contact Us form). Any errors not reported within this time frame may not be corrected. The customer must wait for the Hazard 4 customer care team to send instructions and a pre-paid shipping label. A customer who returns items in this situation at their own costs, without prior authorization, cannot claim the costs he/she made at the Hazard 4 website (nor hold Hazard 4 responsible for the shipment that took place without prior consent).

All returned items must be in original, un-used/un-worn condition with packaging and product tags still intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, Hazard 4 will ship the correct items. Returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the items received. Hazard 4 retains the right to use discretion as to whether the items will be replaced.


Free Shipping Exclusion
Free Standard Shipping applies to mailable products sold by Hazard 4 on qualifying orders. Items will be shipped via lowest cost or ground shipping method. Lowest cost and ground shipping methods only apply to orders shipped to the US.
**Military addresses: APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories might require additional shipping fees**


International Shipping
Hazard 4 ships internationally via DHL International from either our US or international warehouse depending on the availability or the items. If you are not able to obtain shipping price information, please contact us for shipping rates. Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), customs brokerage, and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. These charges are in addition to the product price and any shipping and insurance charges you've paid to Hazard 4. Please contact your local authorities for specific information.
