The Plan-B Hard™ is a hardshell version of our popular Plan-B™ sling pack, this rugged pack protects your gear by marrying light molded-foam shells and 360 padding for demanding users like press, military, vloggers, etc. The striking aesthetics project an image of the owner at the leading edge of technology. The compartments will fit camera gear, small electronics and accessories, personal items like snacks, etc. The molded back-pad is abrasion resistant while confirming to the spine and ventilating sweat. The top shell has 2 spots for our patented Hardpoint® parts allowing optional attachment of loops, lights, bungee systems, molle panels, etc. This pack is also very suitable for motorcycle use as it won’t flap in the wind. Military modular webbing (MOLLE) is provided throughout on the sides and strap to allow expansion with pouches, etc. YKK® zippers, real Cordura® 1000D nylon, and reinforcing stitch patterns insure lasting quality.

Super protective field case/ sling bag for supertelephoto and camera

I looked everywhere to find a protective bag for my 12k$ Sony 400 mm 2.8 lens. The Plan-B-Hard-Evac sling bag was the only bag out there to carry 18 inches of connected high-end lens, teleconverter and camera as well as the 7 inch diameter of the front element. The hard shell gives field protection while hiking rough terrain and the sling design allows for rapid access and lens changes safely in front of you over the bag. I carry an extra camera body and lens with a chest Cotton Carrier so as always to be ready when the big lens is safely stowed in the Plan-B-Hard sling bag. The bag has room for binoculars or an extra lens as well. This is the only field carrying system out there that safely allows you to take your super expensive equipment into the field for wildlife photography and still have it rapidly accessible with a hard shell sling bag. It's design is unmatched, the build quality is excellent, and it is a small investment for carrying $20,000 of equipment.
